1. Free Features
Soulsciie's numerology calculators, reports, and the "Learn" course content are currently free to use. Creating an account, generating reports, and saving them does not require payment, so no refund is applicable to these features.
2. Future Paid Features
If Soulsciie introduces paid products or subscriptions in the future, this policy will be updated to describe eligibility windows, how to request a refund or cancel a subscription, and any non-refundable items. Any such purchase will clearly state its refund terms at the point of sale.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you were charged in error for a paid feature, contact us at digicyberera@gmail.com with your account details and the date of the transaction, and we will review your request.
